20 years ago, as we were working on the Oct/Nov issue of Ale Street News the despicable attack of 9/11 occurred. Two weeks later, as NYC and the country was still reeling from the tragedy, my partner Jack Babin and our intrepid crew of 32 flew out to Denver to attend the Great American Beer Festival.
