11 gallons of 12% mighty mead, fermented from wildflower honey of the Warwick Valley, NY.

Split into 2 batches. Hop tea from Snufftown Newport hops and Oasis Goji berries added to both. Lemon zest and juice added to one and maple syrup added to the other.
